  • Do you offer FREE SHIPPING? 

    Yes!  All orders over $100 ship free!  

    • How quickly will my order ship?

      Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. 

      • Can I return yarn for refund or exchange?

        Yes, yarn and many other items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  See our Return Policy here.

        • Can I order by phone?

        • Which payment methods do you accept?

        We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal on our secure checkout page.

        • Do you charge sales tax?

        Yes, customers in Texas will be charged sales tax.

        • Will all my yarn come from the same dyelot?

        Yes, most orders are filled from a single dyelot.  If we cannot fill your order from one dyelot, we'll contact you to ask what you'd like to do.

        • Are the colors in your yarn images accurate?

        We do our best to ensure accurate colors in our yarn images.  However, color accuracy is also affected by your computer monitor's settings.  If you need help choosing colors, please contact us -- we'd be happy to help.
