  • Can I get Free Shipping on my USA order? 

Yes, USA orders over $75 ship FREE!  All other USA orders ship for just $3.99 flat rate, or choose USPS Priority Mail for $8.99.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship worldwide via USPS First Class International.  Our international shipping rates are based on your order total and destination.

    • How quickly will my order ship?

      Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. 

      • Can I return yarn for refund or exchange?

        Yes, yarn and many other items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

        • Can I order by phone?

        Sure!  If you have questions or prefer to order by phone, give us a call at 1-866-925-YARN (9276).

        • Where is your store located?

        Great Yarn Company is an online yarn shop based in Texas.  With convenient online shopping and fast shipping, you'll have your yarn in no time!

        • Which payment methods do you accept?

        We accept Amazon Payments, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, and VISA on our secure checkout page.

        • Do you charge sales tax?

        Yes, if your shipping address is in Texas, we'll add 8% sales tax.

        • Will all my yarn come from the same dyelot?

        Yes, most orders are filled from a single dyelot.  If we cannot fill your order from one dyelot, we'll contact you to ask what you'd like to do.

        • Are the colors in your yarn images accurate?

        We do our best to ensure accurate colors in our yarn images.  However, color accuracy is also affected by your computer monitor's settings.  If you need help choosing colors, please contact us -- we'd be happy to help.

        • Can I place a special order?

        Yes, let us know what you're looking for -- we can probably order it for you.
